Return or exchange requests may be made within 30 days after delivery for both defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or selecting the wrong item. Damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing items, or material differences from the description are also eligible for review.
Only new, unused merchandise in its original condition, packaging, labels, and included accessories qualifies for a non-defective return. Returns are sent by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item without authorization.
Provide the order number, checkout email, and an explanation. For damage, defects, wrong items, or missing contents, also provide photographs or video of the product and packaging. Exchanges depend on available inventory.
After approval, a refund is sent to the original payment method and processed within 10 days. A bank or card provider can require additional time to post the credit.
